Understanding the Benefits of Jogging

Posted by Dan on Sep 14, 2009 in Lucky Hit

Jogging is an exercise similar to running but at a slower pace. It is intended to increase fitness with less stress on the body than running. Jogging is believed to have played an important role in allowing humans to pursue wounded animals or make it to kill sites. Many experts claim that with short breaks it is possible to jog almost continuously for more than twelve hours. But for us normal mortals, jogging is ideal specially if you want to measure your progress and count your calories, that is when having a logbook and pedometer can be like having a personal gym. (In my case I use a Omron HJ-112 Digital Pedometer that is a one of the best gadgets I have ever purchased.)

Jogging is often used by serious runners as a means of active recovery during interval training, usually with the help of pedometers to determine how many stepds they have performed.

Jogging takes less time for the same aerobic and calorie burning benefits as walking, that why using pedometers is pretty effective system. It is also just as easy. Jogging isn’t leisure, like soccer or walking, but obligation, the compulsion to control the body and compensate for the mind. Moreover, jogging is an incredibly individualistic activity in which teamwork plays no part. Jogging is a great way to get fit. It’s free to do, and you don’t have to book, so you can fit it around your lifestyle. Jogging gives you a sense of freedom and confidence, firms up your backside, slims down your waistline, and improves your overall health.

Kostrubala, a veteran marathoner and author of The Joy of Running, has a stronger reason for conducting his running dialogues: he thinks jogging is itself a form of therapy. Jogging is a very cheap way of keeping fit, because all that is needed is a good pair of running shoes and a good pedometer . One can jog anywhere, although it is good to stay away from main roads where the air is full of traffic fumes.

Building Trust In Affiliate Marketing

Posted by Dan on Sep 14, 2009 in Lucky Hit

Trust is an important factor to consider for all affiliate and internet marketers who want to build a sustainable and long term business online. Your credibility and the trust that you develop with your target market and costumers can easily outweigh most of the other elements of marketing online.

By building trust with your costumers, subscribers and potential business partners, you will gain a powerful edge in promoting affiliate products. People usually tend to buy from people whose opinion they value and trust, so it is obvious that you should focus your efforts on establishing a great connection and relationship with your target market.

You can do this in many ways. If you run a blog, make sure to keep it interesting, honest and avoid too much promotion on the first step. Dedicate yourself to providing value to your costumers in the form of solid and usable advice. You can run case studies on using certain products, report on the lates news and give your take on the situation and so much more.

If you are building your list, make sure to keep your subscribers interested in your offer. You do this by making a sensible broadcast plan, not emailing your list too often and by providing them with great free stuff, quality tips and recommending products of the highest quality, ones that you are using and that you have tried out.

This is instrumental in making affiliate marketing profitable. By building trust, you build your business on a strong foundation, one that can survive anything. By doing this, you can create repeat costumers, people that trust your recommendations and respect your opinion. There’s nothing more powerful in internet marketing as that.
