The role of a sales person is to find out what the customer wants rather than whether the customer wants something at all. Once this is done, a sales person should then help the customer fill that need to the customers’ satisfaction. The principle skills a winning sales person needs are:
* Putting your customers in a acceptance state of mind, making them feel at ease and unpressured.
* Showing interest in their requests or needs.
* Using opinions as selling points (both yours and theirs).
* Supplying facts and helpful data.
* Meeting objections in a positive way and never becoming defensive or aggressive.
* Seeing things from the customer’s point of view.
* Suggesting additional merchandise or services.(Value adding)
* Building repeat business.
It’s important that you learn to apply these skills, although if you apply tact, friendliness, honesty and you know what you’re talking about, you’re 90% there. Not difficult when you think about it.
I know of quite a few owners of small businesses that would never consider themselves sales people but have remarkable success at selling their offers by just being themselves. Is this being a good sales person? Probably.
An old friend of mine, Steve owns a pie store in one of Sydney’s trendier suburbs. He spent many years of his life working for Australia Post. It never ceases to amaze me, and his business partner, how this “untrained” person can sell products by just being himself. He is a natural salesman.

I’m sure even if he put his prices up, he would still attract the same customers because they have a rapport with him. They feel good about shopping at his shop; he makes sure they do. Everybody can sell, simply use your own personality and be friendly and courteous. Treat customers the way you would like to be treated.
Top sales people make a point of remembering regular customers’ names, ensuring each time they come to the store they receive a small discount or offering other little extras like helping them to the car with their parcels. As I mentioned before with my friend, he fosters friendships with his regular customers. This fosters loyalty to the business by the customer, quite often regardless of price, because they get preferential treatment. You’ve probably had the feeling yourself when you constantly use a particular business and each time you walk in the people don’t just ask for the order.
Generally, sales people feel awkward about asking the customer for the order. These sales people will never be really successful in sales. A lot of sales are lost simply because the sales person doesn’t put the onus back on the customer to make a decision, they simply leave the decision up in the air which allows the potential customer to quietly drift out the door without having to commit themselves to a buying decision. How many times do you do this? I do it all the time and think to myself, “I’m glad nobody put me under pressure, I probably would have spent money”.

Lucky Hit I had a dream that the last few weeks we have seen a lot of rise up from the new states. When Texas ultimately broke away from the Federation, I thought that was what genuinely began to stir things up. As it worked out, the secret symbols became just another star on a flag.
For example, when Mexico invaded California in 2017, they were using cheap belt buckles for their undercover sign. Now look at it, California has those ridiculous things right on there pamphlets. Belt buckles, what was that all about anyway. I mean when Texas revolted, they used a Lion, now at least that has some grit to it. When the U.N. finished their European unions, and left the Koreans to survive for themselves, that instigated such a blinding back lash here, that I definitely believe California and their western belt buckles felt there was no real choice, but to band with Texas, and some how get Mexico to come to the event.
What a fright that was! Anyway, as it turned out, the Koreans collapsed on themselves and China didn’t have much more to do than to come in and clean up, as well as feed those that survived the onslaught. Things have a particular way of working out, even if it doesn’t always work for our good.
Israel had by this time, pretty much destroyed the middle east, and what was left was now grouped in northern Iran. We were all waiting to see how that plays out before anyone made any serious moves. The whole continent of Africa was in flames by now, and it looked like the world was fine to just let it burn. At least I still enjoy my belt buckles.

Trading cards have become a popular pastime for kids young and old. However, some of the most popular games that involve trading cards can be very hard to learn. It can be frustrating for a parent to sit down and play with their kid if the trading cards require complex rules and have a steep learning curve. Worse, some games require you to build up small decks from hundreds of cards.
Most parents don’t have hundreds of trading cards to select from and even if they did probably wouldn’t know which ones to use. Medical research has also shown possible benefits of stevia in treating obesity and high blood pressure. Because stevia has a negligible effect on blood glucose, it is attractive as a natural sweetener to people on carbohydrate controlled or dependant diets. However, health and political controversies have limited stevia’s availability in many countries; for example, the United States banned it in the early 1990s unless labeled as a supplement. Stevia is widely used as a sweetener in Japan, and it is now available in Canada as a dietary supplement.
Stevia is a South American herb that has been used as a sweetener by the Guarani Indians of Paraguay for hundreds of years. The leaves of this small, green Stevia rebaudiana plant have a delicious and refreshing taste that can be 300+ times sweeter than sugar.
Stevia has many excellent properties. The body does not metabolize the sweet glycosides from the stevia leaf or any of its processed forms so there is no caloric increase when used as a substitute. Stevia doesn’t adversely affect blood glucose levels and may be used freely by diabetics.
Stevioside, the main ingredient in stevia (the two terms are often used interchangeably), is virtually calorie-free and hundreds of times sweeter than table sugar. “So it appeals to many people as a natural alternative to artificial sweeteners,” says Mark Blumenthal of the proherb American Botanical Council in Austin, Texas.
Because of its effectiveness, its health value with zero side effects, and its ability to replace all synthetic sweeteners, the FDA has banned it in the United States intentionally.
