Auto Repair Shops in Phoenix
How many auto repair shops in Phoenix will give you reliable service? In my experience it is much more cost effective to go to a small privately owned shop as opposed to a dealership.
The dealerships usually charge an absurd amount of money for the same services and the customer service is average at best. The overhead is so high for the dealerships that they have to charge these rediculous rates. They also have more turnover with their staff which really makes you wonder about the quality of technicians.
My personal experience with a dealership was horrible. They charged me $180.00 to perform a service I later found out was not even provided. That was it for me and I decided to get to know a respectable auto mechanic in phoenix personally, someone I could trust, and someone who would remember my name when I came in each time.
Not only did I receive great service, but it cost less, and they provided free shuttle service while my car was being fixed. When you look for phoenix auto repair services, I would really check into a locally owned mom and pop type shop that will give you better prices and better service.
If you need to find a place offering dicounts on their services, there are a couple of places to look. The obvious place is the newspaper. Many shops place ads that you must bring in in order for them to acknowledge. Another place that has become popular lately is online. Many businesses place coupons in their Google Ad Words campaigns.
I hope this saves you money at some point!
