Apart from this, when a child works along on his computer , it allows him to proceed through programmed learning at his own pace, with instant correction, explanation and reinforcement.
The process of learning in the classroom can become significantly richer as children have access to new and different types of information quickly, as compared to traditional instruction. Not only can technology be used to relay information to child in a short time, it can also make the information more interesting, motivating and exciting.
The use of Softwares allows mobility and flexibility in learning, and lessons will not longer be confined to the classroom. Children can take digital photos during a nature walk, and talk about them back in the classroom. Many ways whereby technology can help to present interesting and multimedia information to children.
Computers allows the presentation of scientific concepts more vividly. It allows the simulation of an environment that is not observable in real time. Simulation, photographs and anything that can help clarify concepts will leave a much bigger impact on children and help them retain lessons better which is similiar to Glenn Doman. Hope that Internet and modern technologies are able to bring more colour and flavour into the classroom environment.
